1. Digital Product Nature

All purchases made through nexvtai.online are for digital workflow templates and integration logic. Since these assets are intangible and cannot be “returned” once accessed, all sales are generally final.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following specific conditions:

  • Technical Defect: The Zapier template or JSON file is corrupted or contains a functional error that prevents it from being imported.
  • Incorrect Delivery: The customer received a different automation pack than the one purchased.
  • Non-Delivery: The customer completed the onboarding form but did not receive the digital asset within 48 hours.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@nexvtai.online with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A screenshot or description of the technical issue encountered.

4. Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Cancellation

Since our fulfillment is automated upon the submission of our onboarding form, orders cannot be cancelled once the digital asset has been delivered to your inbox.
